Farm just outside Oudtshoorn This property is situated about 12 kilometres from Oudtshoorn. Beautiful area. There's about 16ha arable land of which 12 ha is cultivated with lucern under flood irrigation. Water source is a water turn with water rights from the Kammanassie and Stompdrift water scheme, as well as from the Olifants River that borders the farm. There's no infrastructure like buildings or a living house on the property. Eskom electricity is available.
